Polyphenols

My Dad was recently in the hospital having a procedure done. Being the dutiful and loving daughter that I am, I brought my favorite comfort food for my Mom and I to share while we waited. The nurses at the beautiful and new Temecula Valley Hospital shared a passion for dark chocolate and agreed with me that it truly is, when it boils right down to it, a health food after all. I'm glad NPR agrees. And as far as the research goes, I would like to contribute the fact that sometime my husband and I walk to Trader Joe's (approximately 1 mile away) to get these which if added into the study would account for a great deal more than just 10%.
